What do you need to arrange?

Choose the collection and review path before assuming a result is ready for an employment decision. Noble Diagnostics’ operational service pages distinguish laboratory testing, point-of-collection screening and other specimen options. The collection setting, laboratory, confirmation step and Medical Review Officer responsibilities depend on the program.

Looking for DNA paternity testing?

This is a separate service from workplace testing. Begin with the purpose of the test so the team can discuss the right collection and documentation process.

Map the handoff before changing providers.

Bring your current program, locations, records and upcoming testing needs. Agree the services, responsibilities and timing before moving the workflow.

Questions worth asking

Before you decide

Can you help us move from another provider?

Yes. Start with a conversation about your current program, locations, records and upcoming testing needs. Noble can help scope a transition and identify what must be coordinated before changing providers.

Do you support both DOT and non-DOT programs?

Noble Diagnostics supports employer testing programs with different requirements. Share your program type and workforce details so the team can discuss the appropriate services and workflow.

We only need testing supplies. Is this the right product?

For devices and supplies used by your own collectors, visit Noble Medical. Noble Diagnostics is the service and program-management side of the Noble testing relationship.

Do you also offer DNA paternity testing?

Yes. DNA testing is a separate service for personal and legal needs. Tell the team which type you need before arranging collection, because a legal-testing process differs from a personal-information test.
