Decision brief

What helps NobleSix scope a useful first conversation?

Describe the people who need training, where they work, the situations they encounter, and what you want them to do differently. Share the current plan and reporting process, then identify whether online learning, facilitated practice, or both are being considered. NobleSix can follow up to define scope, availability, instructor, and terms. A submitted inquiry is a staff follow-up, not a scheduled engagement.

Bring to the conversation: Bring participant count, site types, target timing, program owner, and any existing training materials.

Prepare for the conversation

  • Your organization, industry and sites
  • Training audience and approximate number of people
  • Current prevention program and training priorities
  • Preferred delivery: in-person, hybrid or consulting

Describe the behavior you want to build

Training requests are easier to scope when they describe the decision or response participants need to practice. Include the roles, sites, current policy and any recent concerns without entering private incident or personnel details in the marketing form.

The NobleSix team can then discuss facilitation, timing and whether an online SCOUT component is appropriate. The inquiry records a conversation request, not a scheduled training engagement.

A specialist. A shared relationship.

Shape the engagement around your people.

Bring your setting, participant roles, situations to practice and expectations for follow-up. Your inquiry is saved for Noble staff follow-up; no external provider receives an order through this site.
