NobleSix / Training

How NobleSix engagements are scoped

Plan the instruction, discussion and practice around your people and environment. The delivery mix is agreed for the engagement rather than assumed from a course title.

Scope your training

Start with your setting

Share participant roles, locations, existing plans and the situations your team wants to prepare for.

Agree the learning focus

Discuss relevant topics and ask who will deliver the engagement, what participants will practice and what preparation is needed.

Plan the follow-through

Connect the engagement with daily responsibilities and discuss online reinforcement where it fits.

Agree how learning will carry forward

Discuss whether participants need a facilitated session, repeat practice, online reinforcement or a combination. Ask what preparation is expected from the organization and what participants should be able to do afterward.

Document who owns follow-up inside the client organization. If SCOUT courses are included, confirm separate access and completion reporting; Noble Account tracks the engagement request and staff follow-up, not learner evidence.

A specialist. A shared relationship.

Shape the engagement around your people.

Bring your setting, participant roles, situations to practice and expectations for follow-up. Your inquiry is saved for Noble staff follow-up; no external provider receives an order through this site.
